Do you offer customized tour packages?

Yes, we offer customized tour packages to suit your preferences and travel needs. Contact Tours and Travel to discuss your requirements and create a tailor-made itinerary for you, from flights, rental car, airport to hotel transfers, acommodation, etc.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before contacting you?

Not at all! I’m happy to offer inspiration and suggestions based on your interests, travel style, and budget.

How are the prices calculated?

I compare different trusted suppliers to offer the best value for your chosen tour or service. Prices vary based on travel dates, level of accommodation, and the activities you select.

Is there a service fee or commission?

Yes—a commission is included in each booking. This helps cover the time and personalised care I invest in finding and arranging the best options for you.

How are the payments processed?

At Tours and Travel the payments are processed safely by using the platform Travefy, which generates an automatic invoice and keeps all your details confidential. 

After selecting your travel itinerary and agreeing with all the prices and fees, a link is sent by Travefy to your email and you just have to follow the steps to proceed with the payment. 

Tours and Travel by working with Travefy always requests signing an authorization card form to assure that all transactions are consented by the customer.

Note that Tours and Travel doesn't keep any bank details from the customer, since it's through the platform Travefy that the payments are processed, protecting the customer at all times.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change policies depend on the supplier and type of booking. I always try to work with flexible and refundable options whenever possible, and I’ll walk you through any terms before confirming your trip.

What happens if my travel plans change last minute?

I’ll assist you in contacting the supplier and exploring any possible changes, rescheduling options, or refunds—so you’re never left alone in a stressful moment.

Do you offer flight-free travel options?

Will I receive travel documents and confirmations?
